Today.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Structive\u2122 is an innovative housing initiative developed by deZignsite NZ Limited<\/strong>, a New Zealand company committed to rethinking how we design, construct and live in our homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The project began with a straightforward observation: housing needs to respond more effectively to the changing circumstances of people, families and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From that starting point, Structive has evolved into an integrated approach to housing, bringing together structural design, thermal performance, accessibility, adaptability and whole-of-life affordability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our ambition is not simply to produce another modular building system. It is to help create better homes that remain useful, comfortable and affordable throughout people’s lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Developed by Nigel Young, Structive reflects a longstanding interest in design, innovation and practical solutions to the challenges facing New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The project draws on relationships and collaboration across engineering, architecture, building materials, manufacturing and housing development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Structive remains a developing system.
